We are a small dedicated group of cat lovers who believe that the personal touch is all important in animal resue work
We are not part of a large impersonal organsation operating within rigid rules laid down by paid staff who often have little feeling for the work carried out by volunteers
Our belief is that many of the large animal charites- including well known cat orientated ones- have lost their way from the founders original aims. Such organisations have become "businesses" applying totally inappropriate yardsticks (at huge cost) to their operations and ignoring the real objectives - namely the welfare of the animals
Every animal rescued or taken in by us is thoroughly examined by a Vet and is not rehomed until we are satisfied that they are fit.
We take particular care that every cat is passed to a suitable and appropriate home bearing in mind its past history e.g. used to children, dogs, other cats etc.
